I am 5 1/2 months post pregnant and still have that aggrivating 10 pounds. I am not nursing. What is the best way for me to get rid of this last bit of weight?

The best way to lose those last few pounds is to watch WHAT you eat as well as HOW MUCH you eat.  Eat at least 3 meals a day with small snacks in between and plan ahead!  Eat from all of the food groups and watch the sweets and high fat foods.  Drink lots of water and with your doctors permission exercise on a regular basis, even if it is taking the baby for a walk every morning!
