Jogging vs. Brisk Walking: Which is Better for Your Health?

is it good to jog every day lik 3-5 miles everyday?

It would be better to brisk WALK instead. Jogging is hard on internal organs and bones. Even long time joggers have switched to padded trails (parks, inside facilities, etc) when possible and change their high priced jogging shoes every 3 months.  A brisk walk is believed to actually speed metabolism higher (overall and for a longer period of time) than a jog/run, benefit bones and respiratory function better and it's a heck of a lot nicer ;)

Swimming, by the way, is the NUMBER ONE best overall exercise, with walking number two.
