AnswerJennifer, Diamonique is cubic zirconia, with the brand name made quite popular by the QVC shopping network.
Generally, the stones are of a better quality than run of the mill cz stones. Another brand of CZ which is just as good and is cut quite well is Signity. Signity cuts many natural and man made gems.
I think of Diamonique as a better than average cubic zirconia. However, any cz must be kept clean to rival the look of diamonds. A little soil on the back of the stone can greatly diminish brilliance.
If you want a better than average cz, good material to start with and better cut than most, the Diamonique or Signity brands will do fine.
