which is healthier for lunch? a vegetable salad or a fruit salad?

Answer
BOTH fruits and vegetables are an extremely important part of a healthy diet.  It shouldn't be one or the other but BOTH.  Both carry different nutrients and have different health benefits.  Add BOTH to your lunch or do a fruit salad one day and a vegetable salad the next.  Add a variety too.  Sticking to the same fruits and vegetables can get boring and doesn't add as much nutritional value as changing it up!
