Struggling with Hunger on Weight Watchers? Tips for Satiety
QuestionI am 30-40 pounds overweight. For the past 4 months or so, I have been on the Weight Watchers plan. I've lost almost 30 pounds. I'm happy with my weightloss but I am frustrated because I can never seem to feel satisfied. I am always hungry. I follow the point system, but my meals only move me from ravenous to hungry. I thought after a month or so, that I would be used to eating smaller portions and smaller meals, but I'm not. I am still hungry. This hunger is leading me to not stick to the plan so closely and therefore stopped my weight loss. I need nutritional help! I am tired of the fad diets. I don't want to be denied of anything (ie: fats, carbs, etc) which is why I like WW. I am just tired of being hungry and never feeling satisfied. I need to know what to do to lose weight and develop a healthy lifestyle. I want to eat a balanced diet, and not starve to death. I don't want to screw up my metabolism and slow it down. I want to be healthy and eat healthy, but I don't know what that is anymore. How many calories should I be eating? Should I be calculating calories? Is there something else I should be counting? Also, I work out 3 times a week for atleast 30 minutes each. But I get lazy and don't want to go. I can't keep my motivation up anymore and I don't know how to enjoy what I'm doing and not make it feel like a chore. Do you have any exercise tips or suggestions that will help me lose weight, tone up and become healthier?
