Reducing Chin Fat While Losing Body Weight: Causes & Solutions

Question
i'm losing more weight and i'n starting to see my muscles starting to protrude rather than the lumpy fat i had once before. my belly is becoming more firm. granted i still have a small belly, it's shrunk, and with great delight ;)

only problem is this:
while the fat on my body is leaving my system and being burned, what do i do bout the fat roudn my chin. it hasn't really been burned as much. what do i do to get rid of that.

my guess is this (which i hope i'm wrong) it will probably be the last thing i burn off.

also how do i speed metabolism. how can i tell how slow/fast it is?

Answer
Hi Guy,

Your metabolism rate is a combination of your activity level and biological considerations. To lose your chin, I recommend neck rotations and "side to side" stretches" and "back for forth" stretches. Other than that, doing these exercises while doing other exercises might work.

You are correct, it may be the last thing you work off but you have to try to work the muscles around your neck as much as possible in order to tone them up and define them.

Speeding up metabolism can be done in a number of ways.
One way I discourage is biological suppliments, (go gos, speedo's, yellow jackets or other stimulants).

Eat plenty of fresh fruits and drink either gatorade or powerade and plenty of water. Bananas are a good source of energy.

Dont forget that chocolate is not prohibited in a diet or fitness plan. It is only "banned" when the product its self is a fat factory. That is to say chocolate is only discouraged when it is totally saturated with fat.

If you eat fat free chocolate, the sweet could give you a boost in energy (sugars and carbs) and increase your metabolism.

I hope this information has helped you. Thank you for choosing all experts. Feel free to reply with any further questions you may have and feel free to rate your satisfaction with the information I have provided you.

I wish you the best of Luck!
