QuestionI found this smoothie that is tangy and sweet, and healthy I'm told. My question is on the calorie count. 4 frozen strawberries, 1/2 red beet, 1/2 avacado, 1 carrot, 1/4 cup of frozen yellow corn, 1/2 fugi apple, 1/2 orange and a small wedge of lime, 2 cups of distilled water, blended it makes 4- 12 oz servings
