QuestionI'm 16 and I weigh about 145. I know that I'm overweight and I really want to lose the weight for summer, which is in like 5 months, is there any type of diet or plan you have that could help me? I also play soccer all year round and I would like to be more fit. Please help, Thanks
AnswerHi Amanda, To lose weight, you will have to eat less food (calories)then your body needs. The body will burn fat when you eat less. Try to read all labels and keep track of the amount of calories you are eating on a daily basis. On average, you can eat 1500-1800 calories per day and lose 1-2 pounds per week.
