Alcohol Consumption After Laparoscopic Gastric Banding: A Serious Concern

I have substituted alcohol for food.  I don't know what to do.

This a potentially serious problem, and it is great that you have begun to realize it is a problem.

I urge you to talk to one of your doctors in person about this problem, and get some help in stopping drinking completely.  At this stage, there is no control left with alcohol.

Any of your doctors can help: your surgeon, your primary doctor, etc.
