Jewelry Sales Strategies: Leveraging a Gem Lab & Rental Cases

looking for Ideas: hi I have all most a full gem lab and 2 people who cut for me in asia.I made a mistake thinking I could sell on ebay and make a living. I'm so-so on manufacturing, but can shop out most of the process. I can't really set up a store as I still have a job 8m@yr.
my idea is to make silver and gold jewelry using my best stones and rent out cases across the country in antique malls-any Ideas?thoughts on how I could sell jewelry without a store?  thanks jacob avera

SORRY FOR THE LATENESS. YOU'VE GOT SOME GOOD IDEAS. I WOULD ALSO CONSIDER DOING TRADE SHOWS. THEY ARE USUALLY ON WEEKENDS AND SHOULDN'T CONFLICT. I DID VERY WELL ON EBAY FOR A FEW YEARS THEN HAD TO START COMPETEING WITH THE BIG BOYS AND COULDN'T MAKE ANY MONEY. YOU MIGHT ALSO CONSIDER DOING AN INTERNET BASED 'STORE'. THIS WOULD REQUIRE TIME AND LOTS OF WORK TO ESTABLISH A CLIENTELE. TO MAKE A LIVING AT THIS BUSINESS REQUIRES A LOT OF TIME, YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO DO BOTH.
