Hello: I have a 9c Gold Link Bracelet with a heart clasp; which I have found is quite common. The marks on mine, however, do not seem to be common and I was wondering if you know anything about the company and the year it was made and it's value is USD? It is hallmarked as follows on the heart clasp and each link is marked 9c (all marks within a square with rounded edges:) B&S and 9 and 375 and a Sideways Anchor and a Lowercase d
AnswerHello Jen and thank you for your inquiry. The 9c and 375 would be British for 9 karat gold. I have not been able to locate the B&S exact hallmark but have listed below a hallmark site that may help you identify your mark:

Just copy and paste the above into your browser address field and hit enter. The side anchor would probably be the assay office and the lowercase d possibly the date mark. You would need a British hallmark book to completely decipher the mark. Jackson's Hallmarks is a good one and you might try amazon.com. Hope this helps !
