How to Enhance the Shine of Opaque Coral Beads

How do I make a coral shine.  The coral beads are opaque and I would like to make them shine.  Can I use a tumbler? if so what do I use in the tumbler?

First..."shine" is a funstion of
no scraches even microscpic..
a tumbler sounds like a good start to pursue before wheel polishing...Call Rio Crande in Albuqueqe New Mexico..they both sell tumbling mediums and have very skillfull help..
