I was wondering if there was any precious/semi-precious stone that is Teal or Cyan?

You might want to try Turquoise, Aquamarine, Apatite & some shades of Sky Blue Topaz based on which tone of cyan/teal are you looking for. These gemstones will cover a major range of the cyan-teal color chart.

These are all semi-precious gemstones, I don't think any precious gemstone is in the cyan-teal color range.
