Kelly green, or any green, goes well with bright colors, or opposite colors on the color wheel (which, for green, is purple and all colors on either side of that, known as 'neighbouring' colors)
So, having said that, you could go with creams and lime greens, purples, peaches, hot pinks, yellows and into the blues.

Examples available in these colors are broad.. roses are available all year round in every color under the sun. Gerbera daisies also offer color varieties as well as two different sizes (mini gerbs and regular gerbs.. Minis' are recommended for corsages/bouts as well as in bouquets.)
Blues and purples are quite often seen in hydrangeas, tinted daisies (although I don't recommend these for weddings as they tend to 'leak' the dye which can be disastrous!)irises (limited in season), delphiniums and some other spring flowers.
