Losing Abdominal Fat: A Guide for Beginners

I'm 18 and i weigh 270 pounds, my weight is mainly at the top part of my body like back fat,side fat, and my stomach, i really want to lose weight but i don't know what foods to eat and what exercises to do because it's so many different things to do, so if you don't mind can you answer this for me?

Thank you for writing me I will try to help you out if I can now since it is carbohydrates that put the weight on you need to cut back in your starches such as potatoes, breads, pasta's, and cut back your portions sizes at your meals try to eat little meals instead of big ones. Drink plenty of water as that has a tendency to fill you up and not leave room for food. Eat lot's of fiber and fruits and veggies. You can go on line to webmd and look up weight control as well to get an idea the foods you need to eat and do not forget to exercise daily.
