Dizziness & Flashing Lights in Pregnancy: Possible Causes & What to Do

i am 22 yrs old. mother of one and am 22 weeks preg. what could cause me to see flashing lights and have light dizziness. has happened 3 or 4 times over the last 3 months.

Anemia may account for dizziness, flashing lights, and lightheadedness. Check with your obstetrician and get a hemoglobin done to see if you, perhaps, need some iron supplementation. Another cause for dizziness or spots before your eyes is low blood sugar. Make sure that you eat three meals each day and do not let your blood sugar get too low.
