Answer -
Usually, if the HCG value halves in 48 hours, it is a sign of a miscarriage. You said that, on Tuesday, you had an HCG value of 51000 and on Thursday you had a value of 4170. That is quite a drop. Did you mean 51,000 or 5,100? If the HCG drops some more, I'm afraid that it is definitely a sign of a miscarriage, especially since you had so much bleeding.

Answer
There are no homones or medications you can take to increase hormonal levels. The hormone (HCG) is found in growing pregnanies. If it drops it means that the pregnancy is not viable. Raising the hormonal levels will not "reverse" a miscarriage. Miscarriages occur in 15-20% of every pregnancy. There is nothing you can do to cause a miscarriage and there is nothing you can do to prevent a miscarriage. If the HCG value continues to drop, you have to assume that this is not a viable pregnancy and empty your uterus, either with a D&C or with medication. I'm sorry that I can't be more hopeful.
