Encouraging Baby Descent: Methods & Considerations in Late Pregnancy

Hello,
I'm in my 41st week and I am wondering if there is any way to help coax a baby to drop at this point? (This is my second baby and the first one didn't drop before 40 wks and 9 days at which point I was induced- more policy than necessity- and had no way to know if he would have if given time).

Hello,
The funny thing about babies both inside and outside the womb is they kind of do what they want.
Walking and sex (unless you have been told not to have sex) can help get things along.
Other than that you will probably have to wait it out.  I would push to wait if there is not reason for induction.
Induction is a very painful labor as I am sure you know having had it done before.
