Pregnancy Concerns: Negative Tests & Missed Periods - Medical Advice

Hello, Im 23 years of age, have one child, my first day of my last period was December 9, 2005. My question to you is that, Could I still be pregnant when, I have taken 4 or 5 HPT and they are negative. I went to the doctor's office January 13, 2006 and took an urine test and it came out negative and still no period. Then I took one on the 18 and used my first morning urine and it was an negative. With my daughter I tested positive on my seven weeks of pregnancy. Today (January 20 2006)I saw a little of light brown blood (i think that what it was) when I wiped after I used the restroom. I was wondering could it be implantation bleeding, or is that too late for that. I thought that implantation was suppose to occur 6-10 days after ovulation. Since I had not Period this month I thought that did not ovulate. Or was the bleedingthe first sign of a late period. I have the period cramping. Please tell me what do you think.
