Question

Answer
Gestationl age and weeks gestation mean exactly the same thing. Gestational age is the number of weeks from the first day of your last period. That is not when you conceived. You conceived after ovulation, which occurs around two weeks after the start of your last period. Gestational age is the number of weeks of pregnancy. A full term pregnancy is 40 weeks from the date of your last period or 280 days in length.
