QuestionQUESTION: Salam Alaikum,
I am 21 years old, I got married 4 months back. I am very sad and worried thinking about the reason why i am not conceiving? I often noticed that everytime we have intercourse some quantity of sperm comes out, i dont know if its natural or not, Or may be i am not in correct position while having intercourse and the sperm is coming out.
I have a 30 day mensuration cycle. I would really appreciate any suggestion or advise. Do i need to see a gynacologist??
Please help !!
ANSWER: Dear XYZ
From a medical point of view, It is quite normal to wait for 1 year with regular sexual intercourse before considering yourself unable to concieve. In fact worry about getting pregnant, may by itself, interefere with ovulation. Therefore, you should consider yourself a normal healthy female. It is too early to say you are unable to get pregnant.
If you notice that a quantity of semen comes out, you may consider putting a below under your waist in order to raise it while having sex and maintain it for 15 mins after having sex. In some cases, all or most of the semen comes out because the uterus is not in its normal position but this is something that is diagnosed by clinical examination.
At the current stage and considering that you are 21, i do not see any need to see a gynecologist.
Good Luck

QUESTION: Dear Mr. Mohammed Khandeel,
Greetings...
I tried keeping some pillows under my waist to increase it while having intercourse, but no luck...
Can you please suggest me some symptoms of pregnancy. how to know if i conceived??
Thank You very much !!
Best Regards,
Xyz.
AnswerDear Mrs. XYZ
Obviously you are 2 much worried about getting pregnant and this worry by itself may prevent ovulation and thereby prevents pregnancy. Please be aware that you should not consider any medical consultation except after 1 year as long as you have a regular menstrual cycle. To know if you are pregnant, you can use any of the home pregnancy testa available in saudi pharmacies whenever you have a delayed menstruation.
Good Luck
