AnswerDear Jessica
At the current state of kknowledge there is a very good chance to have a placenta accreta after 2 C.S. However, the exact percentage is yet to be eastimated.
If you get pregnant, you need to have your care at a well equipped hospitalwith senior obstetrician and senior staff, blood banking facilities and adequate neonatal care facilities. Also you should be prepared to losing your uterus at delivery and losing your monthly menstruation forever.
I hope these info help you take the decision that suits you.
