QuestionHello..I am a 28 year female about to get married and my husband and i dont want to conceive yet. I was on birth control from 18-24 or 25. I got off after hearing the side effects and the swollen fingers/toes etc..but my skin and hair were gorgeous.lol..i dont want to go down that route again. are there any alternative methods for birth control besides condomes and oral contraceptives that are safe and effective?
