Hello, which best sexual position to increase chance of pregnancy & which beter do sex once daily or more?

Thank you for your question.  Where are you writing from?

In answer to your first question.  There is no specific position that is best for achieving pregnancy.  The sperm is into the cervix upon ejaculation and before you are finished.  Therefore, the old wives tale of laying still with your hips elevated does not work.  The best position is whatever position is most comfortable and stimulating for you.

In terms of when to have intercourse and how often, that is more important.  I counsel patients to start counting the days from the first day of their menses.  Use the following calendar method:

Day#1             Menses starts
Day # 10          Stop recreational intercourse (just for pleasure)
Day # 13-17       Begin intercourse and have once daily.  Only one ejaculation (climax) per episode.
Day # 18          May resume recreational intercourse (just for pleasure)
