ANSWER: Hello,

I can't tell you specifically what is going on without doing a comprehensive infertility evaluation.  That is what you need to have done.  These are tests that check each of the steps that your body goes through in order to get pregnant.  You need to see a fertility specialist to undergo the testing.  The testing kit you mentioned does nothing to solve this problem.  The testing includes the following:

Semen Analysis
Cycle day# 2 or 3 hormone panel: FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin, Estradiol
Hysteroscopy - check the uterus
HSG - check the tubes for blockage
Cycle day #20, 21 or 22 progesterone level
Cycle day #25,26,27 endometrial biopsy
Cervical cultures
Pelvic ultrasound - check for uterine fibroids, tubal dilation, ovaries cysts, tumors
Laparoscopy - check the pelvis for scar tissue, endometriosis, anatomical abnormalities

QUESTION: sorry again the things you mention are the testings we need to go get done if they are can you let me know how much is it for all the testings in total? thank you

Answer
Hello Tania,

I'm afraid I can't give you a specific answer regarding the prices because it varies from place to place.  That is something you will have to get from the doctor that you see.  I counsel my patients that it will cost $4000-5000 in my area, if the laparoscopy is not included.  The laparoscopy is a surgery so that can increase the price by $8000-10,000.

Sincerely,
