About a week ago i had had the runs really bad and my anus hurt afterward, but i figured it would go away. 2 days after that I had to ride in a car across the country... and the pain only worsened. I have been trying some hemroid spray i got at Rite aid... but there is a bulging blood vessle coming out the opening of my anus. its dark blue in color and hurts alot. I'm assuming its an external hemroid based on what i've read.
What i would like to know is what can i do for it other then this spray? I am without insurance so going to a Dr is out of the question. I also would like to know what to expect with this problem, what kind of results will time bring? will i always have this bulge (its about a centemeter at its worst times, and the size of a pencil eraser at its best. Is there anything else i can do at home other then ice? are there any products you reccommend?

AnswerWhat i would like to know is what can i do for it other then this spray? Hot sitz baths twice a day followed by witch hazel topical usually helps if OK with your doctor.
