QuestionHello Glenn, I'm 48 and I've just started smoking the cigar two months ago. I don't inhale and don't swallow the "juices" neither. However, I notice my throat is more sensitive to to different aches and my allergies (that are usually very light) have gotten more acute. Can there be a relation with the smoking and these aches? Thanks!

AnswerYes, while they vary from person to person, these are the symptoms to indicate some changes starting already. Since most people are nutrient deficient, the use of tobacco is a risky proposition.
go to www.nih.gov and search for tobacco mouth and throat symptoms for greater details.
