Benign Pemphigus: Finding Treatment Options & Managing Symptoms

My family has this skin disease and we cannot find any sort of info on treatment besides steroids.  My cousin gets yeast infections in her lesions. They are large in axilla, under breasts and groin going down her legs. She has had laser surgery under one breast but it did not work.  Any suggestions?  She lives in the Akron, Ohio area and has already been to Cleveland Clinic. Thank you for any input.
