My age is 47 and female weight is 64 . I came to know that I have excess blood sugar level two years back and took medicine for two months later left by deciding I can control my blood sugar level by good Diet and Exercise.. It was in control that is blood sugar level was around 200.. now suddenly after 3 months it's 360.. I dont like to take tablets.. is tablets mandatory.. how can I control my blood sugar level .?please suggest me.

With blood glucose levels approaching 300 you will need to be under the care of a doctor. That is dangerous and there are many ill effects of persistent high sugar levels. You need to have a HbA1c performed to measure average blood glucose control. Pills and maybe even insulin shots may be necessary... Depending on how much insulin your pancreas produces you may or may not need insulin, but a doctor will have to run the proper tests.
