Predicting Baby Eye and Skin Color: Factors & Probability

hi my name is ashley, I'm five an half months pregnant..my question is if there is a chance my child eyes come out a different eye color than mine ,and if possible if she'll come out light or dark skinned? MY dad is Caucasian he's light skinned blue hazel eyes, my mom has dark brown eyes, golden brown skin color... my youngest sister has light brown eyes an light complexion same for my oldest. i have dark brown eyes and golden brown skin.. my husband has dark brown eyes an light brown skin.. but green eyes runs in both sides of parents family... his little brother has green colored eyes an a golden complexion. So is there any chance she'll get green or blue eyes and light or dark complexion?

It's definitely possible.  With both you and your husband having brown eyes and brown skin, you are most likely going to have children that have the same.  But if you are both carrying the genes for green eyes, then you would have a 25% chance of having green eyes in your children.  The same goes for lighter skin.
