i experienced excessive hair loss for last five days.
i delivered my son just 3 months ago, after delivery everythings were okay. But from day before yesterday my
hair is falling in very fast rate. i am very upset Please help me out!
what are the deficiency i facing ?
what should i do to prevent it ?

This is actually quite normal, so don't worry! =)  Most new mothers lose a good amount of hair after birth. This can last up to 6 months after delivery.  If you're still losing a lot of hair after 6 months, you may want to talk to a doctor.

However, what you are experiencing now is quite normal, so please don't worry! =)
