i had my first baby march 28 2008 and i still haven had my menstrual period is that normal????

Yes, this is very normal.  If you are breastfeeding, you may not see your periods return until your baby weans or begins eating solids.  But even if you are not breastfeeding, it can take up to 12 weeks before you begin having periods again.  If you are not breastfeeding and you do not see your period after another month, follow up with your health care provider to make sure there isn't anything wrong.
