QUESTION IS MY LMP WAS ON JULY 13 BUT ONLY FOR ONE DAY AND WAS TOLD IT MAY NOT HAVE BEEN A PERIOD AT ALL. HOW CAN I CALCULATE CONCEPTION DATE BASED ON THIS INFO? I'M REALLY CONCERNED AND WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE ANY INFORMATION.

Based on both ultrasound dates, you most likely conceived around 7-30 to 8-2. The ultrasound measurements vary by about 2 days, which is within a normal range of error.
So, it's possible that you didn't really have a period in July, but conception did occur around the time frame I gave regardless.
