Most doctors and midwives advise you to wait at least a year after a cesarean before conceiving again in order to make sure the uterus has fully healed. However, every woman heals at a different rate. I recommend that you talk to your OB/GYN and have a pre-conception ultrasound to verify the state of your uterus before you attempt to conceive.
