AnswerMultiple cesareans do present additional risks - these studies:

outline some of the risks - the major ones being adhesions and risk of placental accreta. Most doctors in the United States do not start getting concerned about those risks until a woman has at least 3 children, although the risks do increase with every pregnancy. Consult your doctor to find out if there are any additional risks to your wife's situation.
I don't know if it's an option in your country, but many women are excellent candidates for VBAC, or vaginal birth after cesarean. That might be an option you can look into as well.
Talk to your wife's doctor and find out from him or her what the actual risk to your wife would be with any subsequent pregnancies, especially if attempted VBAC is not an option for her.
