hi there, i already had a transvaginal ultrasound last nov. 27, 2014 and it says im already 10 weeks.
i made a pregnancy test last oct. 4 and 13,2014 which is negative ..i have last two mens August 12,2014 and august 29, 2014 they're both last up to 3 days.
i had sex sept. 4, sept, 11, sept, 12 sept. 19 sept. 26 and october 4, 2014..

when my exact date i conceived?

You most likely conceived around October 4th based on your ultrasound results.  Transvaginal ultrasound between 8-10 weeks is the most accurate way to date a pregnancy, so the odds are very good you conceived around that day.
