More than likely the period you had on 24 November was not an actual period, and ovulatory bleeding or some other dysfunctional bleeding. If in fact that the only day you had unprotected intercourse was 23 November, then that is the only possible explanation, and you ovulated on or around 23 November. That is about the most specific I can be with this question.
