The pill probably has been fully absorbed, but it is generally recommended that you take another pill if you vomit less than 2 hours after taking one. If you are still feeling sick, you should wait until you feel well enough to keep it down. Take it from another pill pack, if you have a second one on hand. This will result in one less pill for that pack and you will need to call your doctor for a new pill. I think it is ok for you to wait until the morning and give your doctor a call first to see if he/she recommends taking another pill.
You should use a back-up method such as a condom for at least the next 7 days.
