If possible I would change the flight and give her a day or two to recover.
There is a small chance of developing a blood clot after any surgical procedure and this is also true with an abortion. Flying also increases the chance of developing a clot. If she absolutely must fly then I would advise taking asprin after the abortion and before the flight as this helps thin the blood. I would get her to discuss this with a doctor first.
Sometimes after an abortion you can feel sick for the first couple of days, I have seen people throwing up the day of the abortion and just generally being unwell.
