Post-Abortion Pill Recovery: Understanding Pain & Bleeding After Mifeprex & Misoprostol

I am 23 years old and took Mifeprex at the doctors office during the day and 24 hours later I took Misoprostol orally. That night after taking the pills was the most pain I've experienced in my life, however I have read that that is normal. That was 6 days ago. I am still bleeding and just starting cramping bad again. Not like before but I will get extremely sharp pains in my abdomen every now and then and now it is a constant pain and it hurts to get up and walk, it's not unbearable pain, just really uncomfortable. It feels a little like gas pains but worse. Also, I a still bleeding but really only when I am on the toilet. It is very stringy-looking, almost like discharge, and I am passing dark red clots quite often too. I am just wondering if this is serious and I need to seek medical attention or if these side-effects are common. Thank you so much for your time!
