Post-Abortion Pain & Pressure: What's Normal & When to Worry

Hi, I had an abortion two days ago under general aneasthic, I also had the copper coil inserted at the same time. Since the procedure I have had low abdominal pain but not like period pain more a stabbing pain all over one area, also I have a pressure pushing into my rectum, I'm not constipated as have been a few times but it feels as if I need to go constantly and really painful. Feel slightly dizzy as well and no energy at all, constantly tired. Please help I dont know if this is normal and will pass or if there is a problem.

What concerns me is the possibility that the copper coil has perforated your uterus. You could be bleeding internally. This is a dangerous situation. You need medical help immediately! Don't wait.
