Shoulder Pain & Recovery: Addressing Rotator Cuff & Subscapularis Issues

Question
am actively doing what i did sent to you before about stretching out the QL. thanks. in the mean time i have another question if possible.

have had both shoulders go over the years of weightlifting but at different times. not that i was not carefull and did try to incoropate rotoator cuff excersizes. now both shoudlers took about 1 year to get back to normal although i think my right side shoudler is still not 100%. anyways was thinking that the subscapularis (one of the 4 rotators) is not only very strong/overactive, but quite often it could be filled with adhesions with shoulder issues. do you have any ways i could try to massage this muscle or self myofascial release techniques? thanking you in advance.

Answer
My best recommendation would be to seek the attention of a Medical Massage therapist.  You can usually locate them in either a Sports Therapy Clinic or a Physical Therapist's office.  They would be better able to guide you further than I.

Hope that helps.
