okay.My last period started april 12th(lasted 5 days).My cycles are 30-32 days apart.On April 16th i had unprotected sex with my ex while broke up with my boyfriend.On april 19th me and my boyfriend got back together and were having unprotected sex from there on out.On may 12th i got a positive home pregnancy test.I had an ultrasound on may 13th and may 21rst and on both dates the tech was not able to see an intrauterine preganncy.Also on may 13th my hcg level was ot 57.on august 1rst an ultasound dated me at 15 weeks and 2 days.i am now 33 weeks and 6 days pregnant with a due date of january 17TH.My question to you is could i have gotten pregnant from the sexual encounter with my ex?i hope all of this information hasnt confused you and thanks in advance for taking the time to answermy question.Id also like to know can you get a positive home pregnancy test 7 days after concepyion?

According to all of the information you've shared, I calculate an estimated conception date of approximately 4/28/08. This would absolutely coincide with the ultrasound dating you had on 8/1 and the current ultrasound dating.

Not only do the dates not match up, but the chance of conception having occurred on cycle day 4 (4/16/08) would have been extremely low.

And no, you cannot get a positive urine HPT 7 days after conception. HPTs typically will not accurately show a positive pregnancy result until a minimum of 14 days after conception.
