Hi Daija,

If you have dandruff/dry scalp, you can choose from a wide variety of dandruff shampoos on the market. Paul Mitchell has a great line called Tea Tree that will help with dry scalp.

One of the best tricks I know for getting rid or controlling dandruff is original Listerine (the mouthwash)get a squeeze bottle with spout (used for hair color you can buy at any beauty supply store)and after shampooing and conditioning your hair, use about a 1/4 cup of Listerine with about 1/4 cup water and apply to your scalp. Your scalp will be very tingly and leave it on for a few minutes. ( make sure to not get in your eyes) Not only will your dandruff go away but the Listerine gives your hair shine and body. You can use this same method with Sea Breeze which is used as a toner for the face but does the same effect on your dry scalp. You can purchase a big liter/gallon size of Sea Breeze at most beauty supply stores and is more cost effective purchasing it in bulk size than in a regular size in a drug store.

I know it sounds crazy but it really really works!
