Black Spot on Leg: Causes, Treatments & Solutions

Hi there..
I will like to know is there any way to heal the black spot on my leg? i start shaving when i am 16.I am 23 now. Chinese, not pregnant, not on any birth control pills, easily tans but not burn. i heard it is due to skin inflammation. Is it true? And i heard that only through laser these black spot will be gone.I have even tried scrub but it does not work..please give me a solution..thanks!!

A product with a brightener would help, something with hydroquinone. kojic acid licorice would help to fade the spot. It's true that chinese skin gets darker after trauma to the skin. Lasers and sometimes work to fade the spots, if you find a good place with a doctor.
