Answer
Hi Alyssa,

I understand your skin condition and I really want to help.

The first step to relieve your dry skin is to make sure you drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Water moisturizes your skin from the inside out.
Please email me what you eat daily - are you eating vegetables, fruits, fish, are you taking a multivitamin?
I would like to suggest something I use that most Estheticians or dermatologist may frown upon but for your undereyes use Cortizone 10 ointment which can be found in any department store for about $5-$6
This has saved my eyes which suffer from ezcema. I can use any cream but I stick to that and then I apply an eye cream. You can use any eye cream with it. If you need suggestions, please ask me on your next email.
Are you using a moisturizer before your foundation?
This will help smooth it on for a nice dewy look. I can suggest moisturizers as well. As you are 14 - I can suggest reasonably priced moisturizers.

Until our next chat, don't worry, together I will help your skin to look better from the inside out.

Look forward to your reply with answers

Warmly
Elaine
