Hibiclens skin wash or Neosporin antiseptic cream are two recommendations.
Hair will grow back after waxing; just not as quickly as it does after shaving. If you want the affects of hair removal to last longer, I suggest laser hair removal. It's performed by a dermatologist or lisenced aesthetician and while it doesn't permanently remove hair, after repeated treatments, it greatly diminishes hair growth.
