Question
Hello... hope youre fine..
Iam really worried for my hair.. My age is 20 years old and my hairs are getting frizzy, dry and not bouncy. And i dont know why that my hair colour is getting brown.Shine has just gone from my hair.I use Pantene smooth and strong shampoo and conditioner but other shampoos justs gives me a dreadful result. I am very very worried. why it is getting brown. I want "BlacK", SHiny smooth, bouncy hair. Please tell me what to do..

And secondly, my skin is sensitive. I used to cleanse my skin by applying a cleansing cream, then massage it by rubbing for 3 minutes then wipe off by a cotton cloth.. So tell me that does it harmfull or not?? Is it safe method for cleansing a sensitive skin?

Answer
Hello Rose,

I'm sorry your hair is going through such a dramatic change. There are a few possible causes for that, and depending on what you feel is the cause, you can then address it both internally (with herbal supplements) and externally with specific hair products.
1. stress: if you've experienced a high stress a few months before your hair started changing, then this is why it's changing
2. hormonal changes: your hormonal balance is leaning toward making everything drier and more inflamed
3. medications: some medications (including birth control pills) will have dramatic effects on your body, then see your physician
4. dietary changes: if your diet has changed in the past 6-12 months, then I'd suggest you switch to a really clean and healthy diet (no sugar, no refined products, less meat...)

As far as hair care products to help you, I suggest you use Shea butter, jojoba and argan oil hair masks a few times a week. Choose a really natural and organic shampoo to prevent harsh chemicals which won't help your hair at this point. As for herbal products, I'd need to know what triggered your hair to change to make accurate suggestions.

For your skin, 3 minutes seem like a long time if it's sensitive. So I'd suggest to do it for 1 minute and use a really good moisturizer right away after that.

I hope you find this answer helpful.
Have a beautiful day,
Take good care
