Sharpening T-Styliner 2 Clippers: Advanced Blade Adjustment & Troubleshooting

Question
I read previous answers on how to get the T-Styliner 2 sharper, well I need more answers, there is a flat-head screw on the outside of the clippers, now do you mess with it to get the trimmers sharper? Another question that you answered before is that if you take the blade off, there is two star screw heads on the bottom, and on the top is one flat head screw, now I did what you said about adjusting the blades, to where I sat the blades on top of a flat-surface and it made the inner blade move evenly with the outer blade, so I screwed the two star screw heads on the bottom, okay now my question is with the flat screw head on top of the bottom star screw heads, do I tighten the screw tightly to make the clippers sharp or do I barely tighten it? Sorry for the long paragraph, I'm just tryin to get mine and my customers edge ups sharpened. Thanx for your help.

Answer
Well first let me say the key is to get the inner blade as even as possible with the outer blade with out going over. second with the screw on the clippers you have to turn them I believe tightening them until they make a loud "clicking" sound once  you hear that sound immediately you want to start loosening the screw until the sound fades out you do not want to loosen it too much, because the looser it is the slower the blade moves you want to keep the blade as fast as it goes. Do this and you should give some very sharp edge ups with out cutting someone.
