Master French Nail Art: Pro Tips for Stunning Manicures

Things You Will Need:

For this simple but glamorous nail art are as follows:

• A base coat
• White acrylic paint / or white nail polish
• Black acrylic paint or black polish
• Purple nail polish
• A dotting tool or a toothpick
• Cotton bud and polish remover
• A glitter polishes of your choice or loose glitters
• A nail art brush
• A transparent good quality top coat
• Stones of small size
• A silver two way nail art pen or silver polish

Stepwise Tutorial:

Let’s get started.

Step 1:

Use a nice layer of base coat on your nails to prevent it from harmful effects of acrylic paint. Use white polish or acrylic paint on to the extensions of your nails. Doing french nails at home is quite easy and is not so time consuming unless you know how to do it perfectly.

Step 2:

Give a nice duo finish with the help of a purple polish.

Step 3:

Cover the white part of the tips with silver polish or silver nail art pen.

Step 4:

Create some dots with the help of the blunt end of the toothpick. Draw a line with black polish demarcating the separation of the two colours and ending at the top in a curved way. Use your nail art brush for this.

Step 5:

Now apply a nice layer of glitter polish all over and if you do not have a glitter polish, apply transparent polish and apply some loose glitters.

Step 6:

Now before the glitter polish dries, apply some stones in the way that I have applied them on the edges of the black border on either side for an abstract look.

Step 7:

Clean up stray polishes from the edges with the help of a cotton bud and polish remover and apply two layers of top coat to prevent your design from chipping away. This will protect you stones from falling off too.
